Time

Registration will be conducted in the Rangitoto Pre-Function area at the Langham Hotel.

You must register at one of these times:
Friday, Oct 10, 2008 6.30 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday, Oct 11, 2008 8:00 am – 8.55 am

Please note: The Academy is a three-day intensive course and we can’t recommend strongly enough that you block out the entire three days to really make the most of it and make sure you’re in the right frame of mind to give 110 per cent and soak up as much information as possible!
Think of it this way the course effectively starts at 8am on Saturday Oct 11, 2008 and ends at approximately 5pm on Monday Oct 13, 2008.
We recommend that you don’t make any other commitments within these times as it is unlikely that you will be able to meet them.

Preparation

Rest as much as you can prior to the event – three days of information and activities will be a busy time!

What To Bring


You will need to bring ALL of the following items:

  • Current Newspaper
  • $96 participation money
  • Calculator
  • Pencil/Pens
  • Rubber

Clothing:
With 360 people in the room the temperature can fluctuate – for this reason we suggest wearing a few layers of comfortable clothing.

Cameras: Please leave your cameras at home – any recording / photography at this event is strictly prohibited!

Parking


There is parking available at the rear of the Langham Hotel at your own cost - this is managed by Tournament Carpark.

There are limited car parks available and you will need to collect a special $5 per day parking voucher from a Richmastery Crew Member at the Handout table.

Please note there will not be sufficient parking in this carpark for everyone.

Meals


Your course fee includes morning and afternoon tea on all three days of the course.

In addition, lunch and dinner will be provided on the Saturday, lunch on the Sunday and breakfast and lunch on the Monday.

Luggage: Please be aware that our Crew will not be responsible for holding or storing your luggage during the three-days of the Academy – the Langham Hotel does offer a concierge service.

Payment

If you have selected a payment plan for your Academy ticket, please be aware that your credit card will be debited monthly.

To simplify this process, please ensure there is sufficient money in your account to cover these payments.

Cancellations



We understand that unexpected events sometimes occur which might prevent you from attending even after you’ve booked your place so please read our cancellation policy carefully:


If you cancel within 7 days of purchasing the course ticket you will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled after 7 days of purchasing the course ticket incur a $199 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the event will receive a 50% refund on course fees less a $199 administration fee.
However, if you cancel with less than seven days to go until the start of the event you will still be charged the full course price.
Only in extenuating circumstances will we offer a transfer to a future Academy at our discretion and in such cases a transfer and administration fee of $500 will apply.
