The site is telling me that my e-mail address is already in the database. How can this be?
It may have happened when you previously ordered something online, or perhaps you double-clicked the "Submit" button when entering in your details. Either way, it sounds like you're already a member.
If you think you may already be a member but you've forgotten your details, then the quickest way to recover your details is to use the username/password login at the top of every page. Even if you don't remember your details, give that form ago, because if you get it wrong, the next page lets you enter your email address. If the address is valid, you'll be sent your username and password!

I meant to book 2 places through your website to an event – however only one booking has come through – how do I book the second person?
If the second person is a Richmastery online member – they can log in as themselves and go through the online booking process; alternatively you can log back on to the website with your log in details and follow the online booking process again to book a second place at the event.
I have booked for an event – however I now need to cancel this event, what is your Cancellation Policy?
Firstly, we will need your cancellation in writing – so please complete the Customer Services Form at the bottom of this page. If you have paid for this event then you will need to check or cancellation terms to see if you are due a refund.

When is my mentoring group this month?
When you first start the mentoring program – you are given a business card with your mentor’s contact details on it – to find out when your next mentoring group session will be taking place, please contact your mentor directly.

Can you please send me copies of my Richmastery Invoices?
It is possible for us to email you your Richmastery Invoices – please complete the Customer Services form below and detail which invoices you need us to email you.
I have noticed some debits coming off my account with the reference “Richmastery” – what are these debits for?
Please complete the Customer Services form at the bottom of this page, detailing the dates and the amounts that have been debited from your Credit Card and a Customer Services Representative will investigate your query and respond back to you.
I would like to cancel my Club Richmastery Membership
Club Richmastery Membership is for a term of no less than 12 months – after this minimum term has been completed you can request to cancel your membership. To do this, please complete the Customer Services form at the bottom of this page and a Customer Service Representative will cancel your membership and reply to you via email to confirm that this has been done.
I would like to update my contact details with you
To update the details that we hold for you, first log in to the website with your email address and password, at the top right hand side of the page please select “My Profile” from here you can amend your contact details, your subscription to Richmastery, your password and your credit card details.
I no longer wish to receive emails from Richmastery
In this situation – you need to log in to the Website using your email address and password, select “My Profile” and then “My Subscription” At the bottom of this page there is an unsubscribe option. Please complete the unsubscribe reason and select the option “Unsubscribe from all communications”

Please logon to www.clubrichmastery.com to access all the online benefits available. If you have forgotten your logon details to the website please refer back to question “I have forgotten my log on details – how can I log on to the website?”
Why am I no longer receiving Richmastery emails?
If you are no longer receiving emails from us first check that you have selected which type of emails you would like to receive by logging into Richmastery website and checking your subscription under “My Profile”
Secondly ensure that you have checked your Junk Folder.
Also ensure that your internet service provider has not blocked our emails.
