This agreement is made between Richmastery Ltd. ("us/we/") and our Affiliate ("you/the Affiliate").

This Agreement is to protect our business, our customers, and you.

Please read this Information carefully:

By creating a Richmastery Affiliate Program Account, you are agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement. Violation of any restrictions included here may result in cancellation of your account, and possible forfeit of Affiliate revenue. You agree that our total liability to you will not in any circumstances exceed the accumulated amount of commission that you have earned on our system, to the maximum extent possible that any or all such liability can be disclaimed under New Zealand law.

Acceptable Methods of Advertising

As a Richmastery Ltd Affiliate, you earn commissions by generating sales of Richmastery Ltd products. You generate these by encouraging Internet users to visit one or more URLs on the Richmastery Ltd website. You may advertise our products via ethical methods including:

• Richmastery Ltd Graphical Banners and Buttons on your site(s) which are provided
   
• Text Links, reviews, or endorsements on your site(s)
   
• Descriptions and Links placed in "opt-in" mailing lists, news letters and other publication media.

Please ensure you do not blatantly copy another affiliates marketing on their website. 

If the advertisement is on our 'Get Links' page, you can use it.

Selling, auctioning or any action used with the intention of making a profit off the Richmastery FREE Investor Pack or any FREE gift or service provided by Richmastery to Richmastery Affiliates is strictly prohibited.  If this rule is not adhered to the Richmastery Affiliate involved will have their Richmastery Affiliate account cancelled effective immediately and all commissions payable will become null and void.

Spamming (posting thousands of adverts, bulk email etc)

You cannot broadcast unsolicited or Bulk emails known as SPAM. You MUST NOT send mass unsolicited broadcasts. If an URL link code to this web-site is mass broadcasted unsolicited we will investigate it and we will suspend your account and not pay it. Spam is illegal in New Zealand, and anyone caught Spamming will be dealt with accordingly.

As an Affiliate, we place certain restrictions on how you can use our URLs, Company and product names. These restrictions are fairly typical, and are to protect our Company and brand name(s) against abuse. Spamming is not permitted. You must not advertise any URL address to this richmastery.com web site, through any Internet domain name we operate, or use the Richmastery Ltd name, or use the name of a product on the web site: within any email sent unsolicited to users or in unsolicited postings to News Groups or Mailing Lists who have not subscribed to you directly to receive your messages.

This restriction does not apply to subscription mailing lists, or lists of your own customers who have subscribed to you. Mailing your existing customers or "opt-in" lists with promotional offers is acceptable and encouraged.

Compliance with email laws

It is your responsibility to ensure that all emails sent in association with this program comply with all applicable laws & regulations including, for example the US Federal CANSPAM act. As well as the New Zealand and Australian SPAM laws.  It is not for us to provide legal advice on such matters.

Getting Paid Your Commissions

Affiliates are paid a commission for each sale they help generate. The detailed rates are published in the membership portion of this website. We have to keep money accumulated for one calendar month to allow for the money to transfer through to us on the credit card system and to cover us against refunds and any fraud.

Accounts will receive paid commission within 15 days after the close of a calendar month. If an Affiliate account balance is less than $50 at the close of the month, balance will be held until 15 days after the close of a following month where balance is $50 or more. In other words, you won't get your first commission payment until you have earned $50 in commission. Any unpaid balance is retained until we owe you $50 or more. This policy is to control administration costs and is typical of Internet Affiliate programs in general.

Any direct credit commission payments will incur bank charges to the Affiliate and will be deducted from the commission payable by Richmastery Ltd.

Commission Rates: We have the right to change commission rates without notice, but you will always be paid based on the commission rate in effect on the day the sale was affected. There are currently no plans to change the commission rates. We intend to create a long-term mutually beneficial Affiliation with you. Commission payments will be paid once the money back guarantee date has expired.

Referral Commissions: If you have been introduced to this program by another Associate, it is a strict condition that you do not attempt to circumvent our referral commission system. The person who referred you is entitled to earn a commission from us.

Pending orders: Any customer placing a "Pending Order" on our system will not be considered to be "sold" until the payment arrives and the money has cleared at our payment service. This applies to the small percentage of customers who choose to pay by mail, phone, fax or other non-Internet method.

Refunds: Some orders have to be refunded due to fraud or other reasons. Commissions relating to these refunds are deducted from your account automatically and will show as a negative amount on your statement.

Charge-Backs: A charge-back occurs when a credit card holder disputes a credit card payment. This is rare. If this happens, we may deduct the sale commission from your account as for Refunds above, but you will not pay any extra bank charges. We pay the charges for you.

E-Mail Billing Reports: We will send you an e-mail around the middle-day of each month detailing all your sales for the previous month including referral sales. This email is called a "Billing Report" or "Financial Data" and typically, although the exact date will vary, is issued around the 15th of each month. This electronic report is summarized in the printed mail report you receive with your cheque thereafter by mail. You will also receive email contact about each particular sale you make.

Payment Methods

When a payment is owed to you, you will be posted a cheque via New Zealand Post or payment will be direct credited to your bank account (New Zealand Accounts only), you will be notified via email of its dispatch.

Richmastery Ltd Responsibilities

Richmastery Ltd will be responsible for tracking sales of products along with the Affiliate generating those sales. We will also be responsible for transfer of payment from Richmastery Ltd to the Affiliate. We will supply and support our Product to the customer thereafter.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Your role as an Affiliate is to help generate sales of our wealth creation product range. 

• If you operate a website it must be ethically sound and contain no disturbing violent content, hate site or pornographic material, if we discover any of this content on your website, your account will become void immediately
• After a customer clicks a link from you to our site, your responsibility to that customer ENDS.
• We insist that you DO NOT attempt to answer enquiries about our products or attempt to intervene in matters between ourselves and our customers.
• If a customer approaches you with any query about our products, you MUST direct them politely to our Support Staff and leave the matter to us.
• You are not classed as an employee for Richmastery and will be responsible for your own taxation.

Please do not feel obliged to support our product or answer queries - that is our job. If any customer contacts you with any query or comment regarding our product please direct them immediately to our Support Staff who will assist them. This costs you nothing and helps both you and us, and helps our customers to obtain accurate and official Support if required.

Changes in Policy

We reserve the right to change policies without prior notice. If you generate no sales in six consecutive months we may assume your account is disused and terminate it with any balance void and cancelled. We may at our discretion, at any time, with all valid commissions due being paid to you in full, close your account.

Violation of these Terms

If you violate these rules we may cancel your Affiliate account, your balance may be forfeited, and you may not be paid at all.

Dispute Policy

You agree that in the event of dispute occurring over this agreement, our decision will be final and binding in all matters. This agreement shall be governed by New Zealand law.
