All Customer purchases operate under the protection and guidelines outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Richmastery provides customers with the following guarantee policy guidelines.

1. Books, Games, Tapes, Videos, CD's and DVD's

All Books, Games, Tapes, Videos, CD's and DVD's sold by Richmastery will be of an acceptable quality and should any item received by the customer be faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

2. Software

All software is supplied under the terms of the relevant Acts in a condition that is fit for its intended use and is of acceptable quality.

Richmastery Branded & Produced Software Extra Guarantee (excluding RevIQ) Customers who purchase any Richmastery Branded or Produced Software may for any reason whatsoever return the software to Richmastery Auckland Head Office within 14 days of their initial receipt to obtain a full 100% refund of the purchase price.

3. Events

All Events: 100% Money Back Guarantee (excluding Richmastery Property Academy)

a) All customers are provided with a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all Richmastery Events (excluding the Richmastery Property Academy which has its own guarantee below) as follows: If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the last day with the course you are attending, simply return your course materials to our Event Manager (on the last day of the course) and we will refund your purchase price in full.

b) Richmastery Property Academy 100% Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee to teach multiple real estate investing strategies that when applied can generate returns within 12 months of at least five times the amount of the fee invested to attend the Richmastery Property Academy.

4. Mentoring Group

Within the first 12 months of you joining the mentoring program we will put together a program that guarantees to deliver you with a minimum increase in wealth of combined cashflow, equity and profit of over $150,000 if you adhere to and implement the rules, plan and strategies taught to you by your Richmastery mentors or we will refund 100% of any Richmastery Mentoring Group fees you have paid.

Note: Special Conditions apply

The following special conditions apply to the Mentoring Group Guarantee for each customer:

Have a minimum usable and unencumbered property equity of $50,000 and confirm in writing to Richmastery that you are pre-approved for finance to be able to utilise the full $50,000 amount as a 20% deposit for future real estate investment purchases.

Make a minimum of 5 offers a week during the term of the 12 month mentoring program on residential investment property that is for sale using the process and systems prescribed by Richmastery. All copies of Sales & Purchase Agreement offers need to be retained by the customer.

Set and implement your goals and action plan on a monthly basis as recommended and agreed with your Richmastery Property Mentors.

Attend each of the 11 monthly Mentoring Group meetings.

Purchase all property at an average of 15-20% below valuation (NZ Property should also be purchased with positive cashflow of $50 per week minimum after tax)

5. Phone Support 0900 / 1901 / 1902

If we can't answer any question you ask us or refer you to someone who can, we will do what ever it takes to find the solution to your question and phone you back with the answer at NO CHARGE!

6. Real Estate / Property Deals

We are confident that our property deals are sound investments and we guarantee them so that you can be confident too. If within the first three months from the date you go unconditional on one of our property deals, you decide you are not completely happy with the property, we undertake to offer an option on the property to our investors at no cost to you and refund your Richmastery Fee in full upon Richmastery¡¯s sale of the option to another investor.

Note Fees are non refundable once the first three months from the date you have gone unconditional on the property has lapsed. Except in the case of ¡°Off the plan property purchases¡± that are made through us and where the 3 month unconditional period has expired and the ¡°Off the plan¡± development which you invested in is cancelled. In this instance Richmastery will transfer the fees that have been paid to us for our services and offset them against any other Richmastery property deal of your choosing.


Procedures


There are two options available for our customers who would like to return a product -

1. Money Back Guarantee

Our money back guarantee is a key aspect of our business. We know that our customers respect this guarantee. If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from Richmastery and believes they have a genuine claim for one of the guarantees listed above they must follow the following procedure:

a) Post the following to: Customer Services Manager, PO Box 97-832, SAMC, Auckland.

A copy of the Richmastery receipt confirming the product purchase ii. Return all goods you received that relate to the Guarantee claim iii. Provide full details of:
  • The guarantee you are claiming and why
  • Identification of the products fault
  • Evidence from you demonstrating why you could not get the product to perform what it was intended to do
  • Any action you have taken to fix the fault
  • Your mailing address, contact phone numbers and email address
Valid refunds will be processed and issued to customers within 14 days.

2. Repairs

If the returned goods are still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.


Limitation of Liability

The extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you, whether for breach of these terms or in negligence or in any other tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action arising in relation to these terms, our products or services, the website or the content available through the website or other printed matter, is limited to $100. To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use our products or services or this website and its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability but allows a limitation of a certain maximum extent then our liability is limited to that extent.

Terms and Conditions of Event Booking

Course Content

All course content is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of Richmastery Limited. No recording (including but not limited to audio, video recording and still camera photos) or duplication of the material is permitted.

Attendees acknowledge:

  1. They are attending the course willingly and understand that they have the freedom to choose whether or not to participate in activities, role plays, games and examples given during the course.

  2. Any financial advice or information given during the course or in event marketing material is purely illustrative and attendees are advised to seek independent financial advice from qualified professionals prior to implementing any strategies.

  3. That participants will receive varying outcomes as a result of attending the course because each attendees results are dependent on their own differing circumstances, action, motivations, decisions, external service providers, buying and selling time frames, personal investing plans and the appropriate application of the strategies, processes, tools and tactics learned.
  4. Results indicated that could be achieved by attending this course are provided as examples only and are based on previous customer achievements and experience. Attendees acknowledge their own decisions may or may not lead them to achieve the same result but that the results referred to are possible because others have achieved them.

Richmastery therefore cannot be held responsible for any outcomes obtained by participants or any injury or other negative effect experienced as a result of attending an event.

General Conditions

Richmastery reserves the right to cancel/postpone courses and make changes to advertised course content and speakers if deemed necessary.

Richmastery reserves the right to refuse a customer access to the course or ask an attendee to leave the course for the benefit of other participants.

100% Money Back Guarantee

We are so confident about the quality of our education that we offer all our customers this superb guarantee. If by lunch time on the first day of the course if you are not completely satisfied, simply advise  the Richmastery Events Manager at the course, hand in all your course materials and exit the course. Within 2 working days we will then issue you with a full refund equal to 100 per cent of the course fee you paid.
 
Note: Requests for refunds after lunch on the first day of the course will be at the sole discretion of Richmastery.

Cancellations

Once a booking has been made for a course, customers who cancel:

  1. Within seven working days of the date of the course will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to another course.
  2. Prior to eight working days before of the date of the course will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $99. Alternatively customers who cancel well before eight working days of the date of the course that wish to transfer to a future Richmastery course of the same value and type with the consent of our Customer Services Department are able to do this with no cancellation fee applying.

No Refunds

Customers who book for courses and do not show up for the course forfeit their right to any refund and are obligated to complete the full payment terms of their booking.

Debt Collection Costs

Customers who default on payments agreed under any payment plan, agree to pay Richmastery Limited all costs associated with the collection of any outstanding amount including but not limited to debt collection charges, associated legal costs and interest at 2% per month on any outstanding amount.
